Anchor Brewing Company is a legend. One of the only craft breweries in America to survive through “the dark days” of brewing in the US. Who better to create a beer called Liberty Ale. Like they said during the Revolution, “Join or…” you get the point.
Jindia Pale Ale from Stone Brewing
One of the most iconic names in the craft beer world, Stone! They’ve been making great beer for a while and when you find something new from them, I recommend you try it. You won’t go wrong.
Homemade Iron Skillet Hummingbird Pie
If you don’t have a cast iron skillet, I recommend it is your next kitchen related purchase. They are not real expensive but you do have to take care of them. Google instructions on how to care and clean them. You can use one for anything from frying to baking, entries through desserts. I use mine all the time.

Roast Beef Po'Boy
With peppers, onions and tomatoes. Slow cooked for about 5 hours and then marinated in stock overnight. Melts in your mouth. Messy, tender and delicious.

I love a good porter. Whether it’s a traditional porter or something with coffee or chocolate or oatmeal. It’s all good. Speaking of good, Meantime London Porter fits that bill. I’m also a fan of Lego Architecture, so Big Ben is making an appearance with this porter bottle. Cheers!
