With peppers, onions and tomatoes. Slow cooked for about 5 hours and then marinated in stock overnight. Melts in your mouth. Messy, tender and delicious.
Meantime London Porter
I love a good porter. Whether it’s a traditional porter or something with coffee or chocolate or oatmeal. It’s all good. Speaking of good, Meantime London Porter fits that bill. I’m also a fan of Lego Architecture, so Big Ben is making an appearance with this porter bottle. Cheers!
Pairing - Wings and a Pale Ale
I think Sierra Nevada Pale Ale goes with pretty much everything, but it really goes well with wings. Give me some extra hot sauce and a couple of Pales Ales with wings and I am in heaven.
Stone Enjoy After
I’m really enjoying Stone Brewing’s “Enjoy After” Series. They’re solid beers that are bottle conditioning a little longer to get you the best drink possible. Kudos to Stone!
Traquair House Ale
Any beer that has been aged in an oak barrel sounds good to me. Make an excellent ale and age it, yes please.
A Pirates Life for me
Yo ho, yo ho…you know the rest. Captain Jack decided to steal the Captain Morgan’s Tattoo for himself.
Homemade Jambalaya
I love jambalaya. Love it love it love it. If I find a new recipe with it, I will buy the cookbook. I make a big pot of it at least twice a month, with enough for multiple meals.
Beer Glasses
One glass and one growler. I wanted this photograph to be mysterious, sexy and alluring. Figured low key light was the way to go to achieve that. What’s going to come out of that growler? You’ll have to wait to find out.
One of the originals
Sam Adams, the first micro I ever tried....and boy did I like it. I wanted to try shooting a beer on it’s side this time and I felt that the flag was going to be a good addition to this photograph.
